Curse of the Weasley Ficcy
Chapter 5-Welcome to another Year at Hogwarts

Ditey and Krel all walk into the Great Hall of Hogwarts. Krel splits off to the Gryffindor table, as Ditey starts to walk toward her table her path is suddenly blocked by the same guy with bright yellow hair from the platform.
“So Iceberg, I hear that one of the wonder twins Weasley’s has got a crush on you” Ditey growls slightly and finally decides to look up.
“Oh bugger off Hawken you can be such a git, I don’t know where you got this information but it is simply not true” Hawken goes to retort but only to turn his attention to someone behind Ditey
“Felix!” Ditey turns around seeing Felix standing with the twins on either side of him. Ditey turns around completely her hands on her hips.
“Where in Merlin’s beard where you three on the train?” Felix goes to say something but then a loud boisterous voice cut him short from behind on of the twins
“Four! Where were the four of us Ditey!” Hawken grins as Lee Jordan appears from behind Fred
“Yes of course you can’t have the Fearsome Foursome with out Lee” Ditey rolls her eyes slightly and takes a deep breath in frustration
“Fine where were you four on the train today” One of the twins finally break their silence
“Well we went to Hogsmeade to get some stuff, and then came to Hogwarts to help with some things” Ditey furrows her brow
“Not only did that not explain anything in any detail but since when does the foursome of pranks help the school? I thought you four thrived on making this place havoc” Ditey folder her arms, Fred waves his hands in a dismissive way
“Oh come off it, just because all we do is make this school into one big giant prank playground doesn’t mean we can’t give back to the school for our final year here at Hogwarts” Ditey looks at Fred, then the other three who have the same sad, disappointed look plastered to their face, Hawken walks over and pats Felix on the back.
“Aw come on these guys don’t like to cause harmful ruckus and I believe them” Ditey shakes her head
“I still don’t believe you all but since you haven’t busted out laughing yet, just maybe I’ll start to believe you” The boys nod at each other and the three Gryffindor boys got to their table, as Hawken and Felix splits off to the Ravenclaw table.
The first year students start piling threw the door, the sorting ceremonies commence Ditey ignores it with her attention in her latest book. Her attention is brought back when the food appears, confused cause she swore she didn’t hear Dumbledore speak which was rare, she shrugged it off, happily filling her plate, but just before Ditey could take a bite, Felix appeared at the table again, plopping down next to her.
“You know I’m going to miss that view and those candles when we leave” Ditey gives him a slightly perplex look.
“Oh cheer up it’s only the beginning of the year it’s not like they won’t be there to admire all year” Ditey then looks at Felix for a moment then looks over at the Gryffindor table the twins and Jordan not doing anything out of the ordinary, Ditey passes an empty plate to Felix who then proceeds to join her in eating. Once dessert comes and goes the tables all clear and the students looking quite drowsy, the familiar but untimely clinking sound of a fork to a goblet and then Dumbledore stands up and begins to speak. Ditey still found it odd that Dumbledore was doing his speech now instead of before eating. Her attention is slightly distracted, by Felix’s mumbling.
“If he doesn’t end soon it’s going to go off too soon” Ditey raises an eye brow and turns to looks at her cousin, he looks at her and flashes a grin then goes back to looking at Dumbledore. Ditey starts to get a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach; she looks at the Gryffindor table again and sees the twins and Jordan looking a bit restless. Ditey just shakes her head and pushes the feeling away. Ditey then over hears her other cousin Draco talking to his goons behind her.
“Why it seems all the 1st years have a short attention span this year” Ditey scans the hall looking at the first year and noticing that they are all quietly jabbering, looking and pointing up. Ditey looks up at the ceiling, then blinks in confusion thinking she saw one of the candles shoot out blue sparkles, she concentrates on the candle but another one not to far from the first one sparks red sparkles, Ditey’s eyes widen, just as Dumbledore goes to say something else he’s cut short by a loud boom that is followed by a explosion of color flashes the great hall breaks into panic, Ditey whips her head towards her cousin seeing him grinning madly, as a low hissing erupts into a stream of mini green and red fireballs start streaking threw the air; Ditey looks up again just as a row of candles explode into a series of multi colored fireworks. Ditey ducks from a mini blue fire ball that was coming strait for her she falls to the ground as a candle explodes right above her showering her and everyone around with gold waterfall sparks. Ditey reaches out and grabs Felix by the cloak yanking him down, as student run around aimlessly, gritting her teeth, hissing at him though its not heard over the commotion.
“This is your doing isn’t it!” Felix smiles and says nothing as a firework shaped like a dragon goes whizzing by their heads. Ditey lets go of Felix and looks around spotting the twins and Jordan laughing hysterically, as the students continue to run around madly. Ditey looks at the head table where Dumbledore who is still standing is just smiling merrily, the only professors are combating the fiery displays where McGonagall and Snape; the rest of the professors trying to dodge, and deflect fireworks from all angles. Ditey spots Filch with his mouth hanging open till a red lighting bolt shaped firework almost hits him, making him fall to the ground nearly squishing Miss. Norris. With one final bang followed by a bright white light it was over; after a moment of silence passes Dumbledore still grinning claps his hands together making a good amount of students and professors jump. Then Dumbledore just widens his grin saying:
“Welcome to another year at Hogwarts.”
